Program Overview
Session 1 (60 minutes)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive lifestyle and medical history assessment with Heather Fitzgerald RD. Following this, you'll be given a lab order for a comprehensive blood panel to assess your health status, identify risk factors, nutrient and hormone deficiencies, and any metabolic disorders.
Session 2 (90 minutes)
In this session, you'll meet again with Heather Fitzgerald RD to review your comprehensive results and create a personalized treatment plan. This plan will address your risk factors, deficiencies, imbalances, and include a dietary strategy customized just for you.
Session 3 (60 minutes)
Meet with your wellness coach and lifestyle advisor, Larry Greene, to discuss and map out your personal lifestyle obstacles and goals. Each meeting will hold you accountable for action items assigned for the next two weeks until your next session.
Session 4 (30 minutes)
During this session, Larry Greene will focus on reviewing your previously assigned lifestyle tasks and addressing any obstacles that may have arisen. Celebrate your wins and receive more guidance and a new set of assigned tasks or activities based on your personalized strategy.
Sessions 5 and 6 (30 minutes each)
Continued meetings with Larry Greene will involve reviewing and reassessing assigned tasks and activities. You'll receive a fresh set of recommendations that align with your health and wellness goals.
Session 6 (30 minutes)
This session marks the end of your 90-day journey, where you'll evaluate your progress over the past three months. Depending on your success and the recommendations of our experts, you can choose to continue working with Larry Greene and Heather Fitzgerald RD, either ala-carte or in blocks of time.
Follow-Up Options
After completing the initial 90-day program, you can continue your journey with Larry Greene through ala-carte 60-minute sessions or blocks of sessions, allowing you to maintain and further improve upon your newfound lifestyle optimizations. We offer flexible options to suit your needs:
Block of 4-60 minute sessions: $600.00
Block of 8-60 minute sessions: $1200.00
