Yes. The Annual Hormone Program is billed at $2,500 per year and automatically renews annually until canceled, according to the program's cancellation terms.

What's the difference between the Quick Start and Annual Hormone Programs?

Both programs include a 90-minute initial consultation and results review, personalized treatment plan, nutrition evaluation, annual review with a PA or MD, and Annual Concierge Health Services.

Quick Start Hormone Program ($1,700): Exclusively for new patients, with follow-up consultations billed separately as needed.

Annual Hormone Program ($2,500/year): Provides ongoing hormone care with two hours of follow-up consultation time included annually, available in 30- or 60-minute sessions.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly for our program or consultation services.

Upon request, we can provide a superbill (a formal claim form) that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance coverage.

Can I use my insurance for bloodwork?

Yes. If you have PPO insurance, you may be able to use it for your laboratory testing.

For patients with HMO coverage or no insurance, we offer the following self-pay bloodwork pricing:
Initial blood panel: $250–$350
Follow-up blood panels: $100–$200

What isn't included in the program fee?

Program fees do not include recommended supplements, hormones, prescription medications, peptide therapies, or copays and other charges associated with bloodwork, diagnostic imaging, and additional testing.

How many follow-up consultations will I need?

Most patients can anticipate approximately two to four follow-up consultations throughout the year, depending on their individual needs.

The Annual Hormone Program includes two hours of follow-up time, which can be used in 30- or 60-minute sessions.

With the Quick Start Hormone Program, follow-up consultations are billed separately:
30-minute follow-up: $160
60-minute follow-up: $300

Our team will help coordinate follow-up appointments based on your individual care needs.

How do I enroll in a Hormone Program?

Select your hormone program, complete the Initial Contact Form, and securely pay for your program online.

Once your enrollment is received, our team will contact you to coordinate your bloodwork through Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp.

When your laboratory results are available, we'll schedule your 90-minute initial consultation to review your results and develop your personalized treatment plan.

How long does it take to receive my bloodwork results?

Accepted Answer

Laboratory results typically become available within 7–10 days after your blood draw. Once your results are received, our team will coordinate your initial consultation.
